Program Manager Outpatient - EnerG- Wellness Program
Job Type: Full time
Schedule: Monday thru Friday with some weekend coverage
Setting: Independent Living Community
Location: Creekside Village Retirement, Beaverton, OR
Pay: Range of $24 to $27 an hour

Aegis Therapies, one of the nation’s leading providers of rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager for the Wellness Program to join our supportive team and enjoy some of the best career advantages in the industry.

As a Program Manager of the Wellness Program, you will:

  1. Schedule monthly calendars with 5-7 exercises/activities per day, including group exercise/activities.
  2. Participate as Lead Instructor.
  3. Work closely with residents to identify those needing therapy.
  4. Assist residents with insurance cards and send them in for processing.
  5. Schedule rehab treatments with residents and therapists.
  6. Market our program.
  7. Attend weekly or monthly staff meetings for special events or program updates.
  8. Track participation levels and residents’ progress.
