Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Program Manager I in Atlanta to lead global cross-functional teams through the stage-gate process, developing, commercializing, and launching innovative product solutions that meet cost, schedule, quality, and scope requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, supply chain, operations, engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product development and project management; consumer products industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to facilitate relationships across cross-functional teams in various locations.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies (predictive, Agile, stage-gate, and hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects of varying complexity.
• Facilitate planning sessions to define timelines, milestones, dependencies, and ownership.
• Motivate teams and drive accountability for deliverables.
• Deliver PMO KPIs on timing, cost, quality, scope, and budget.
• Identify risks and dependencies and support prioritization and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, R&D, and other cross-functional partners to define scope and requirements.
• Establish focused weekly team meetings and clear communication channels.
