Job summary

Ilocatum in Avon, CT seeks a Program Manager for Optical Fiber Manufacturing to lead cross-functional product programs from concept to execution. You will manage scope, risk, schedule, cost, and technical performance across multiple locations, coordinating with procurement and engineering to build robust supply chains and delivery commitments.

This role also supports sales with educated product positioning and drives continuous improvement through lessons learned.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in a technical field and 3–15 years of program management across full product life cycle.
• Experience managing multi-location scale-ups and complex technology transfers.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project preferred.
• Experience with optical fiber or cabling technology preferred.
• Experience under ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or AS9100 quality systems.
