Role Overview

This position is within Volkswagen Group of America's Autonomous Driving Mobility & Transport (ADMT) division. The Program Manager for Operator Enablement is responsible for onboarding new fleet operators to support scaling of autonomous vehicle operations in the U.S. This includes developing training programs, vehicle service processes, logistics, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for customers and fleet operators.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage program timelines and milestones for customer and fleet operator onboarding.
2. Design operator enablement concepts, evaluate solutions, and execute plans.
3. Lead training sessions and maintain up-to-date onboarding materials.
4. Gather and implement US-specific operational requirements.
5. Support relationship management with partners and customers.
6. Monitor industry best practices and incorporate learnings.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in operations enablement, fleet operations, or related fields.
• 5+ years of senior program management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related; Master’s preferred.
