Job description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to own a portion of a growing portfolio of government reference architecture programs. In this role, you’ll be the single point of ownership for the programs assigned to you, partnering with engineering, contracts, and government stakeholders to keep technical, cost, and schedule baselines aligned and commitments met. You’ll bring both architectural fluency and execution discipline: blending the technical depth to hold your own in an open systems trade discussion with the rigor to drive milestone and risk burndown, and the credibility to represent your programs directly to the customer. This is a high-impact role for someone who is energized by breadth, comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, and ready to take on additional scope as the portfolio grows.

What You’ll Do
  • End-to-End Program Ownership
  • Program Financial Management
  • Architecture Fluency
  • CDRL & Contract Deliverable Management
  • Customer Relationship Ownership
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Risk, Issue & Change Management
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in program management on government or defense programs, including direct ownership of cost, schedule, and technical performance
  • Active US Secret clearance
  • Experience with systems engineering and/or software engineering
  • Experience with government reference architectures
  • Contract deliverable ownership: hands-on experience planning, driving, and delivering CDRLs — managing submission schedules, internal authoring and review cycles, and compliance with data item descriptions
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships across engineering, contracts, finance, and security in dynamic, high-pressure environments
  • Proven track record as the primary interface to a government program office, running program reviews and technical interchange meetings and representing program status directly to the customer
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve program objectives, including tracking burn against funding and producing defensible EAC/ETC forecasts
  • Highly organized: able to manage concurrent programs and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
Desired Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain and hold a US Top Secret clearance
  • Experience with MOSA or open systems standards work, including participation in a standards consortium
  • Prior experience executing under an IDIQ, OTA, or similar multi-program contract vehicle, with an understanding of how task orders are scoped, bid, and executed
  • Broad DoD experience or defense/military service background, including familiarity with Department of Defense acquisition processes
  • Demonstrated ability to grow scope over time, taking on additional programs or complexity as a portfolio matures
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced technical degree a plus
