In this role you will:
  • Coordinate research projects by scheduling interviews and events with researchers and customers, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage large datasets in Excel with precision and attention to detail.
  • Serve as a primary contact for essential communications related to research projects and events, delivering clear and timely updates.
  • Document workflows, analyze processes, and implement improvements for operational efficiency.
