Base pay range

$47.00/hr - $51.50/hr

Responsibilities
  • Kforce has a client seeking a Program Manager Non Tech. The role is remote but must be within 50 miles of the office, primarily working in the PST time zone, with occasional onsite visits in Redmond, WA.
  • Contribute to developing and executing promotional strategies.
  • Optimize and measure promotional strategies, providing data-driven feedback for adjustments.
  • Create reports to help field teams understand business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities and develop tools to eliminate redundancies or complexities in daily operations.
Key Projects
  • Handling ad hoc data requests and providing detailed insights.
  • Working independently on data projects, including mapping data cubes and interpreting data.
  • Developing Power BI dashboards.
  • Simplifying complex data and storytelling through PowerPoint presentations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or related field; PMI or PMP certification preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, project management, or related roles.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven experience in data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions.
  • Financial acumen and ROI measurement skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to translate data into storytelling through visual means.

The pay range reflects the estimated compensation at posting and may vary based on various factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and insurance options. Salaried employees receive paid time off; hourly employees' benefits vary by legal requirements and contract specifics. Pay is discretionary and may be modified.
