Capital Technology Group seeks a Program Manager to oversee multiple projects within a program, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving performance to deliver on time, within scope, and on budget.

The role focuses on managing client relationships, mitigating risks, and identifying strategic opportunities to grow the program while aligning with enterprise goals and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of professional experience supporting software development, project delivery, or Agile programs.
• PMP or PMI-ACP Certification required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to build solid rapport with customers.
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project and program risks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of a program with multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on program performance metrics including budget and timeline.
• Identify and mitigate risks with proactive solutions to keep the program on track.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations and relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement, optimizing processes and delivering high-quality results.
• Identify opportunities to deliver operational excellence and contribute to proposals and partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Account Managers to achieve program KPIs.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Program Manager with experience overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects within a program. You will be key in managing program performance, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the program's overall success. You will play a key role in expanding our program's reach and impact by identifying strategic opportunities, developing compelling proposals, and fostering strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. Your strong interpersonal skills and situational awareness will enable you to navigate complex customer dynamics effectively and contribute to a collaborative and productive team environment.

You Will Get To

• Oversee the delivery of a program with multiple projects, ensuring they align with client objectives and are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders
• Monitor and report on key program performance metrics, such as budget, timeline, and other KPIs
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, providing proactive solutions and strategies to address potential issues and keep the program on track
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong, effective relationships
• Drive continuous improvement within the program, encouraging innovation, optimizing processes, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality results
• Drive program growth and client satisfaction by identifying opportunities to deliver operational excellence, contributing to compelling proposals, and cultivating long-term partnerships that result in repeat business
• Serve as the primary Account Manager for the program, collaborating closely with cross-functional Account Managers to ensure all program KPIs and performance metrics are achieved

We are committed to offering a competitive salary for this position, with an estimated range of $110k-$150k annually. Please note that this range is intended to provide a general idea of what to expect. The final offer may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.
