What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a cross-functional project manager for the Hot Beverages Segment
- Lead multiple complex New Product Development (NPD) projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with various functions including NPD, Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing to drive projects from conception to commercialization
- Define project KPIs, manage timelines, and develop necessary project documentation
- Provide customer-facing technical updates and participate in ideation sessions and project meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a material science-related field preferred
- Minimum of five years of materials industry experience in applied R&D/NPD required
- Experience and training in Project Management, Stage Gate, Six Sigma, and Design of Experiments
- Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects from ideation to commercialization
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in English strongly preferred

- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is highly desired
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
