Job summary

Precise Systems seeks a Program Manager for NSWC Dahlgren, contingent upon contract award. The role requires a bachelor’s or higher degree in engineering, computer/ software engineering or computer science, and a decade of technical and programmatic experience within Navy/Joint warfighting contexts.

Candidates must have seven years directing tasks and programs per the Statement of Work, with demonstrated capabilities in engineering processes, program design, budget and schedule control, risk

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years general technical and programmatic experience with complex Navy/Joint warfighting systems.
• Seven (7) years of experience directly related to the management of tasks and programs listed in the Statement of Work.
• Experience in technical management: engineering processes, plans and procedures, system certifications and approvals.
• Experience in designing, developing and executing large programs: task/work planning, budget control, schedule, risk and task execution, Test & Evaluation (T&E), contract and subcontract management, personnel management.
