Job summary

DCS Corporation seeks a capable Program Manager to lead an anticipated effort for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division's EW and Spectrum Operations Division (B30 EWSO). You will oversee engineering, software development, integration, test and evaluation, and sustainment of legacy and emerging Navy and Joint EW systems.

The ideal candidate combines strong program leadership with deep knowledge of electronic warfare, radar, and electromagnetic spectrum operations.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Active Secret Security Clearance.
7 years of experience directly related to the management of tasks and programs listed in the Statement of Work.
Demonstrate experience in technical management: engineering processes, plans and procedures, system certifications and approvals.
Manage the design, develop and execution of large programs: task/work planning, control of budget, schedule, risk, and task execution, Test & Evaluation (T&E), contract and subcontract management, personnel management and supervision.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering, software development, integration, test and evaluation, and sustainment for Navy/Joint EW systems.
Oversee task/work planning, budgets, schedules, risks, and execution for large programs.
Ensure JCIDS acquisition process compliance and EW-related capabilities development.
