Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Combat System engineering and operations.
• 5+ years in Department of Defense (DOD) Contract Program Management.
• Must meet DOD 8570 requirements for IAM Level II.
• SECRET clearance required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of Navy training systems support contract.
• Ensure successful execution across all contract deliverables.
• Manage multi-site operations with distributed teams.
• Act as primary point of contact with government stakeholders.
• Oversee contract performance management and cost control.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration

Master's degree (preferred)
