Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Combat System engineering and operations.
5+ years in Department of Defense (DOD) Contract Program Management.
Must meet DOD 8570 requirements for IAM Level II.
SECRET clearance required.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and management of Navy training systems support contract.
Ensure successful execution across all contract deliverables.
Manage multi-site operations with distributed teams.
Act as primary point of contact with government stakeholders.
Oversee contract performance management and cost control.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration
Master's degree (preferred)
