Job summary

SimIS Inc. is seeking a Program Manager located in Dahlgren, Virginia, to provide overall leadership and management of a U.S. Navy training systems support contract. This role serves as the main point of contact for government stakeholders and is responsible for ensuring successful cost, schedule, and performance execution across all contract deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have ten years of experience in combat system engineering and operations, demonstrating leadership and responsibility in DOD program management. Benefits include medical and dental coverage, 401(k) plan, and also a wide range of professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of experience in Combat System engineering and operations.
• Five (5) years in DOD Contract Program Management.
• Must meet DOD 8570 requirements for IAM Level II.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-site operations with distributed teams.
• Ensure contract performance management and cost control.
• Act as primary POC with government contracting officers.
