Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, National Security - DHS to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will lead customer programs supporting national security and public sector missions, with a focus on deploying advanced autonomous systems into operational environments. The Program Manager will partner closely with internal teams and government stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and long‑term account health. This position requires strong program leadership, technical fluency, and the ability to navigate complex federal customer relationships and acquisition processes. Location: Remote Compensation: $145,000 – $175,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of systems from contract award to operational use
• Resolve shipping issues and support cases with internal teams
• Coordinate training for pilots and administrators
• Equip customers with necessary documentation and support
• Track system deployment and integrate into mission workflows
• Conduct regular program reviews and monitor account health
• Build relationships to identify expansion opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing programs or strategic accounts in DHS or defense technology
• Direct experience with USSS, CBP, or other DHS components
• Familiarity with UAS and autonomous systems operations
• Proven track record in transitioning complex systems to operational use
• Knowledge of federal acquisition and contract structures
• Ability to drive product adoption and renewals
• Strong communication skills for technical discussions and executive updates
