CareSource is seeking a National Network Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across National Network programs, ensuring alignment and timely execution by coordinating network development, contracting, and operations teams.
Responsibilities include managing integrated workplans, weekly cadences, risk logs, and executive summaries, with a focus on clear communication, accountability, and stakeholder engagement, including vendor coordination and leadership support.
The National Network Program Manager will support day-to-day operations across National Network programs by managing deliverables, maintaining documentation, and coordinating the flow of information across teams. The Program Manager acts as the connective layer across network development, contracting, operations, and supporting functions to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution of critical initiatives.
Establish and maintain integrated program workplans across provider network initiatives (e.g., network expansion, contracting, onboarding, lifecycle optimization).
Facilitate recurring program cadence (weekly status reviews, risk reviews, leadership updates).
Track progress against key milestones and drive accountability for deliverables.
Develop and manage a centralized risk and issue log across all provider network initiatives.
Proactively identify risks, blockers, and interdependencies across workstreams.
Ensure risks, issues, and dependencies are clearly communicated and actioned.
Develop weekly executive summaries that are concise, structured, and presentation-ready.
Synthesize complex program information into clear insights: progress vs. plan, key risks/issues and mitigation actions, decisions required, upcoming milestones.
Utilize and promote AI-enabled tools to enhance project planning, execution, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder communications, improving efficiency, driving informed decision-making, and supporting successful project outcomes.
Build and maintain standardized templates for consistent reporting across initiatives.
Support leadership presentations (ELT, VP, governance forums).
Serve as the liaison across areas such as Network Development & Contracting, Provider Operations, and Data / Analytics, IT / System Configuration.
Ensure alignment between enterprise teams and market-level execution.
Drive clarity of roles, responsibilities, and handoffs.
Perform any other job related duties as requested.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or Computer Science required
Master's in related field preferred
Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education
Five (5) years of project management experience required
Four (4) years of experience in provider network, development, contracting and provider lifecycle management preferred
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams, Outlook, etc.
Skilled with working in project management software
Demonstrates excellent analysis and reporting skills
Excellent decision making/problem solving skills
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
Excellent critical listening and thinking skills
Proven ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization of management within and externally to the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service oriented
Ability to shape the approach to needed results and gain consensus of the approach
Ability to proactively, effectively and efficiently lead a project team of 20+ core members and multiple vendors
Ability to manage a multimillion dollar project
Proven ability to prioritize work and team assignments to deliver projects on time, on budget, and meeting stakeholders expectations
Demonstrates a sense of urgency
Deep understanding of project management processes, techniques and tools, and development lifecycle (ideally Agile)
Strong experience in the healthcare payer industry and knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification/training required
Program Management Certification (PgMP) preferred
General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Travel is not typically required
$113,000.00 - $197,700.00
