Job summary

Adams Memorial Hospital seeks a part-time Program Manager for Mobile and Virtual Care to guide planning, implementation, and performance monitoring of mobile and telehealth services. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, public health, business, health informatics, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Relevant professional licensure must be maintained, when applicable to assigned duties.
• Experience in healthcare operations, project or program management, population health, mobile care, telehealth, or related field required.
• Experience working in rural healthcare and/or with grant-funded program implementation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, coordination, and performance monitoring of mobile and virtual care initiatives.
• Oversee grant-charged responsibilities for the Community Health Worker-supported mobile care model.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities, monitor scope, timelines, budgets, documentation, and performance measures.
• Support compliance with grant requirements and partner with clinical, operational, community, and external stakeholders to improve rural access.
