You Are

The role of the Program Manager – Mergers & Acquisitions is accountable for the planning, scheduling, and delivery of work and artifacts related to the successful integration of a merger, acquisition, or divestiture. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure program is delivered on-time, on-scope, and on budget.

The Opportunity

  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on Program status and change
  • Oversee contract evaluation and disposition
  • Create and manage program budget
  • Define and manage program and workstream scope
  • Negotiate resource availability with functional management
  • Manage and mentor Project Managers Duties
  • Ensure program complies with local standards, models, and templates
  • Ensure deliverables are completed according to timelines and comply with local standards
  • Ensure detailed planning, addresses business and technical requirements and timeline
  • Present high-level plans and estimates for executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Assess and implement changes as necessary to meet program objectives
  • Manage stakeholder expectations

What You Need

  • Expertise in executive reporting
  • Very strong experience in M&A integrations and divestitures
  • Very strong Program Management experience

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $118,000-$177,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits.
