We are seeking a Media Network Program Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support key relationships with some of the best-known brands in the outdoor industry. Your primary responsibility will be to intake partner opportunities from the merchant team, execute the plans by aligning with cross-divisional teams, manage campaign invoicing, and recap individual and overall program performance, with an emphasis on social selling and other paid marketing tactics.

Responsibilities
- Receive campaign leads from the merchant team and onboard the vendors into the campaign intake process.
- Manage individual vendor-paid campaigns, their briefs, and individual partner campaign objectives.
- Work closely with the paid marketing team to design and execute marketing plans to deliver vendor objectives.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design key points of value through each partner program.
- Manage agenda and regular touchpoints with cross-divisional partners.
- Responsible for individual campaign reporting as well as overall program recapping.
- Working with partners and accounting to manage invoicing for individual campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to monitor best practices, evaluate areas for continued enhancement, and identify emerging trends to assess how new opportunities can be leveraged and programming can be optimized.
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendor partners, acting as their primary point of contact for vendor marketing campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests from partners promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the vendor partner to design paid marketing tactics, capabilities, and identify desired outcomes.
- Ensure each vendor campaign is on strategy, on time and within budget.
- Responsible for program reporting and analysis to determine overall success tied to larger objectives and KPI’s.
- Continuously assess partners' satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or renewals.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field is preferred.
- 3-5+ years’ experience in brand marketing, account management, client management, business development, or relevant field is required.
- 5+ years’ experience in developing marketing plans & strategies in collaboration with partners and teams
- Experience developing annual partnership and marketing plans preferred
- Demonstrated ability in bringing ideas to life in a marketing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing marketing relationships
- Proven program manager experience with a track record of innovative thinking and sound judgment in the solution of issues or the pursuit of program opportunities
- Experience working with content and creative teams, including design and copywriting functions, is preferred.
- Retail industry experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record developing program plans that meet/exceed goals and managing program budget.
- Ability to influence and bring to life the strategy regarding key program initiatives
- Consolidates information from various sources, including feedback from others, to reach sound decisions.
- Works smart by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and planning well to produce quality work.
- Executes effectively by using resources efficiently, meeting deadlines, and keeping others informed of work plans and progress toward goals.
- Clearly conveys and accurately receives information by a variety of methods and in various situations.
- Strong written and presentation skills
