University of Montana’s Mansfield Center seeks a Program Manager to coordinate international programs and support participants and U.S. stakeholders. The Mansfield Center invites applications for a Program Manager to join their team. The Program Manager is a multi-faceted role at the Mansfield Center, ensuring that international programs run smoothly, with high impact for international participants as well as the many U.S. stakeholders involved in the programs. This position works on a variety of international exchange programs providing direct support to participants as well as serving as a liaison between U.S. partners, community members, and UM colleagues. The Program Manager is an integral member of the Mansfield Center team who contributes to a quality work environment.
The primary focus of the position is supporting the planning, implementation, and conclusion of international programs that serve hundreds of participants each year. This position organizes and troubleshoots program logistics, program activities and events, and establishes and maintains program procedures to ensure successful program implementation. Success in the role depends on maintaining accurate records, coordinating multiple concurrent tasks, and consistently executing recurring program processes with attention to detail.
Compensation Title: Program Manager I
Union: FOCUS-MFPE
Work Schedule: Full-time, 1.0 FTE (40 Hours a week), Typically Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 12 months/year.
Probationary Period: Six (6) months minimum
