Job summary

TRITECH Communications seeks a Project Manager / Program Manager to plan, organize, direct, and control TRITECH resources to deliver AV and structured cabling projects in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

This role is responsible for client satisfaction, project profitability, schedule adherence, quality execution, and coordination with clients, contractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in AV, Structured Cabling, Low Voltage, Technology Integration, Electrical, or Construction industries.
• Knowledge of control systems, audio processing, video transport, UC platforms, fiber optics, CAT6/CAT6A and structured cabling standards.
• Strong financial management, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple AV and Structured Cabling projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Lead coordination meetings with clients, consultants, architects, GCs, and internal teams.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and closeout activities.
• Manage change orders, risk mitigation, and project financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, permitting, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Manage deployment of conference room AV, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, DSP, control systems, digital signage, fiber backbone systems, and structured cabling infrastructure.
• Supervise field personnel and subcontractors.

We are currently looking to expand our team for a Project Manager / Program Manager who will plan, organize, direct, and control TRITECH resources and activities required to successfully deliver Audio Visual (AV) and Structured Cabling projects throughout the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. Travel Requirements
