Job Description: Program Manager / Lead Instructor for Inspector Training

Location: Primary Place of Performance: Army Reserve Facility – Nord Hall, Anniston, Alabama (formerly Fort McClellan)

Reports to: TBD

Travel Required: Travel may be required to the primary location or other sites as needed.

Summary: Serves as a contract Program Manager and Lead Instructor for Inspector Training, responsible for contract execution and instructional content related to Army inspections and readiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the contract operations
  • Serve as the government interface for all contract matters
  • Develop and deliver courses on inspection techniques and Army readiness
  • Oversee curriculum alignment, staffing, and course execution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience in a military training environment, with inspection program expertise
  • Proficiency with instructional platforms, Microsoft Office, and data management related to contracts and training metrics

Skills and Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of Army inspection readiness processes
  • Leadership experience in training environments
  • Ability to manage teams and mentor instructors
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Certifications:

  • PMP or Army equivalent preferred
  • Must meet security and training clearance requirements

Preferences:

  • Experience with Inspector General or Command Inspection Programs
  • Experience in an Army Readiness Division
