Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an IT Project Lead to manage delivery of advanced digital solutions in secure, hybrid environments. You will coordinate teams across cloud, data, AI/ML, and DevSecOps disciplines while guiding Agile roadmap evolution to enhance analytical performance and governance for mission-focused outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in project/program management (or 12+ years in lieu of a degree) and a Top Secret clearance.

You Have:

• Experience managing complex IT, data, or analytics programs in secure, hybrid, or multi‑enclave environments
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams across cloud, data, AI/ML, and DevSecOps disciplines
• Knowledge of Agile delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, PI coordination, and roadmap development
• Ability to translate mission workflows and stakeholder priorities into technical requirements, execution plans, and actionable milestones
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and communication across stakeholders, applying critical thinking to resolve complex challenges
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in project or program management, or 12+ years of experience in project or program management in lieu of degree

• Experience with AI/ML or data‑driven workflows, such as multimodal analytics or entity extraction
• Experience to modern cloud or DevSecOps environments, including containerized applications or microservices
• Experience coordinating projects across hybrid cloud or multi‑enclave systems
• Knowledge of data governance concepts like access controls, lineage, or recordkeeping
• Agile or project management certification such as PMP, SAFe, or CSM

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
