Job summary

Wipro in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking an SAP Program Director to serve as the primary PMO lead and strategic advisor for HR programs with Wipro involvement.

This role provides governance over HR programs, drives executive engagement, and coordinates cross-functional teams across client, vendor, and rollout efforts.

You will manage budgets, timelines, SoWs/CRs, negotiate with Procurement, and aim to deliver high client satisfaction and new business growth.

Qualifications

• Program Management experience with >10 years.
• Experience leading multi-year, cross-domain programs.
• Ability to drive executive stakeholder engagement and alignment.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $125,000 to $277,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
