Pella Corporation seeks a Program Manager - IT Business Integration in Pella, IA for a hybrid role driving Infor LN ERP transformation and cross‑functional process improvements. You will bridge business needs with technology, architect future-state processes, and deliver enterprise outcomes with product management, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, technology, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years leading enterprise PMO programs or initiatives.
• Proven success delivering cross-functional business and technology transformations.
• Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Proven track record delivering full implementation lifecycles (discovery through hypercare).
• Experience with PLM, CPQ, or ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution for PC2L and L2C process lanes with Business Process Champions.
• Oversee enterprise PLM rollout across Engineering; drive data migration and user adoption.
• Oversee CPQ rollout across Customer Channels; manage data migration, training, and readiness.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive accountability, decision-making, and issue resolution across stakeholders.
• Provide regular communication and updates to leadership teams.
• Coordinate deployment readiness for CRM, PLM, CPQ, ERP platforms and related systems.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Procurement, Operations, and external partners to ensure readiness.
