Job Description

ProSidian Seeks a Program Manager for Insider Threat Management and Analysis [DITMAC0017016] to support a federal agency safeguarding DoD security, counterintelligence, and insider threat programs. This is a full-time, exempt W2 position based in CONUS - Quantico, VA, supporting the Mid Atlantic Region.

We are looking for candidates with relevant Defense and Security Sector experience, including functional and technical expertise, to support professional services engagements for clients such as DITMAC. This role involves managing threat analysis support services for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC), focusing on risk management solutions.

Job Overview

• Provide services as a Program Manager supporting DITMAC Threat Analysis Center in the Defense and Security Industry Sector, focusing on risk management for clients like DCSA, DITMAC, and the Insider Threat Management Division. The work is primarily located in Quantico, VA, with support across the Mid Atlantic Region.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead planning, execution, and quality control of threat analysis support services in line with DCSA and ProSidian objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• PMP Certification.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience within the DoD Intelligence Community.
• Understanding of DoD/IC organizational structure.
• Ability to collaborate with Government leadership.

Additional Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance is required due to the sensitive nature of the work.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
