You will lead projects across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and Product Management to bring innovative industrial solutions to market.

As the Program Manager - Industrial at DeZURIK, you'll play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and new product development efforts within our Industrial Business Unit. This is an opportunity to see projects through from start to finish, partnering with teams across the organization to bring innovative industrial solutions to market.

This highly visible role serves as an executive-level project manager, working closely with leadership while coordinating efforts across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Product Management. You'll lead cross-functional teams, establish project timelines, manage priorities, and ensure projects remain on track, on budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Success in this role requires exceptional relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills. You'll spend significant time engaging with internal stakeholders, customers, and business leaders while balancing competing priorities and navigating the challenges of influencing without direct authority. During your first few months, you'll focus on learning how our business operates, building strong relationships across the organization, and becoming familiar with our product development process. DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $98,221 to $122,776 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
