General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) seeks a Program Manager for the MQ-9B India Program to lead engineering development from initiation through delivery, coordinating hardware, software, and test with internal teams and subcontractors.

You will manage end-to-end lifecycle, develop SOWs/POs, monitor budgets, and report status to senior management. DoD security clearance is required, and travel may be necessary.

Formación

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in engineering, science or related field with nine+ years of progressively complex program administration experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System requirements and metrics.
• Experience with Foreign Military Sales or Direct Commercial Sales programs.
• Experience with management of hardware and/or software development programs.
• Demonstrates program management principles, leadership, planning, scheduling and coordinating workloads to meet deadlines.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end program lifecycle from conceptualization to completion, overseeing acquisition, planning, and technical performance to meet objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with executives, product managers, and cross-functional teams for alignment and transparency.
• Collaborate with engineering, test and operations to ensure on-time delivery of all elements.
• Generate SOWs and POs reflecting scope and interface with PMO with subcontract management.
• Identify risks, escalate issues, track dependencies and changes to keep the program on track.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and allocate resources to meet milestones.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure targets are met while maintaining quality.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on status, risks, and issues.
• Create, present and deliver program reports and milestones for reviews.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
