Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary supply chain projects from start to finish, coordinating requirements, schedules, risks, and updates across cross-functional partners. The role spans multiple offices and time zones to ensure seamless delivery within Google's GIE, NOSCO, and AI/Infra initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage material transition planning for hardware/optics/consumables without supply gaps or excess, and obsolete inventory.
  • Manage parts catalog data accuracy and mitigate SKU proliferation.
  • Qualify and onboard vendors to improve supply resiliency and drive down costs.
  • Work globally with cross-functional teams within and outside Global Network Infrastructure and Energy (GIE) to ensure supply chain continuity.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement through processes and tools/technology.

Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with supply chain product lifecycle management or NPI.
  • Experience with bill of materials and configuration management.
Preferred qualifications
  • MBA or Master's degree in supply chain management or a related quantitative field.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with analytics and dashboards.
  • Experience with end to end supply chain operations.
  • Experience with network infrastructure for data centers.

The Networking Supply Chain and Commercial Operations (NOSCO) team's mission is to execute the supply chain and commercial operations needed to support customers. NOSCO focuses on delivering performance that supports network reliability, predictable capacity delivery, and cost efficiencies, which are all key priorities for Google’s network.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
