Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary supply chain initiatives for data center materials and inventory management.

You will coordinate with NPI, Demand Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Fulfillment and Contract Manufacturing to develop and oversee material plans, driving efficiency and scalability across global data centers.

Qualifications

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will be responsible for material supply planning, procurement and inventory management of the critical data center products and drive optimal planning decisions to enable customers meeting their objectives while balancing inventory and E&O. You will work closely with NPI, Demand Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Fulfillment and Contract Manufacturing to develop and oversee the execution of the material plans through the product lifecycle. You will use your analytical skills to establish and drive metrics, drive process and system improvements to accomplish efficiency and scalability goals and directly support the rapidly growing infrastructure at the global data centers.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $132000 - $190000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
