Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support data centers and equipment ensuring continual access to cloud services. We seek talented individuals to tackle complex challenges involving supply chain variables.

You will join a diverse team of engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, and operations managers. Your role involves collaborating across teams to deliver safety, security, and capacity at optimal costs, fostering an inclusive culture that encourages innovation and ownership.

We are at the intersection of real estate and technology, supporting AWS’s expansion in the U.S. Data Center Network. You will work with landowners, developers, and legal teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery. You will also identify process improvements and produce outcomes supporting sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage real estate land development programs aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee project reporting, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery that meets quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless program execution.
  • Implement project management methodologies and tools.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, issues, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with teams including Design Engineering, Legal, and Capacity Planning.
  • Identify and execute process improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training for program management.
  • Communicate project status across teams and management levels.
  • Some travel may be required.

Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Familiarity with the real estate land development process.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet, Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, GIS interface, and AI applications for productivity.
