The Carbon Removal team’s mission is to scale innovations for climate action, spanning nature-based and superpollutant pathways, collaborating with research, product, and advocacy teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with carbon removal and superpollutant credit types.
• Experience managing an end-to-end pipeline of agreements from sourcing through facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Manage carbon removal offtake deals from end to end, sourcing the right projects and executing agreements.
• Set strategy for a defined area of carbon removal or superpollutant procurement.
• Shape and drive complex sustainability programs, iterating rapidly to navigate ambiguous environmental markets.
• Lead diligence for projects, applying a technical screen and a commercial one.
• Negotiate and contract deals with internal collaborators, suppliers, and other third parties.
