Our team is the glue that binds the direction of the business with the needs of GBO. We accomplish this by partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Go-to-Market and many other teams to deliver a delightful experience to our users.
In this role, you will lead complex initiatives for the Pitch and Plan workflow for sellers, integrating AI-driven insights and recommendations into core sales journeys. Your primary mandate will be to bring structure, clarity, and operational excellence to the space, specifically driving improvements in Pitch and Plan related functionality such as pipeline management and measurement for Sales CRM, while partnering with various stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment. We are looking for a highly autonomous individual who can establish clear governance, and forge a cohesive path forward for multiple cross-functional stakeholders. You balance this drive with a strong collaborative spirit, working seamlessly as a team to achieve goals. The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
