In addition, Program Manager III will be responsible for year‑round orchestration governance, prioritization, risk management, and submission readiness across these stakeholders. This role requires an experienced professional with a solid understanding of change management principles, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
