The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking an Information Solutions Program Manager III who will manage client-facing services and collaborate with executive leaders. The role involves workflow design, user education, and implementation across complex health systems.

The Information Solutions Program Manager III reports to the Director of Analytics and is dedicated to providing client‑facing, consultative business relationship management services to MUSC, partnering with executive leaders and stakeholders of highly complex and sensitive business and clinical domains. The program manager serves as the primary liaison for Information Solutions’ programs and initiatives, including US News and World report program management. The position is responsible for workflow design, user education, informatics, and implementation throughout the product lifecycle. The role closely collaborates with all IS teams and key stakeholders as needed for project success.
The successful candidate will facilitate organizational change across a complex, multi‑site, statewide health system. They will work directly with operational and clinical teams, identifying project champions, determining key performance indicators, and developing strategies to track and measure success. In addition, the Program Manager III will be responsible for year‑round orchestration governance, prioritization, risk management, and submission readiness across stakeholders. The role requires an experienced professional with a solid understanding of change management principles and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
