This is a remote position for anywhere in the US with working hours being CST zone only

Position Purpose

With the Corporate Quality Oversight and Vendor Management team, you will partner with Vendor Implementation Group, Quality Improvement Strategy, Market Performance and Business leadership to design and launch tailored Vendor Solutions for HEDIS Improvement across all lines of business: Medicare, Medicaid and Marketplace

Responsibilities
  • Work with Quality leadership and external Vendors to strategize, plan, design and execute multiple Enterprise Quality Campaigns on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain project plans inclusive of project tasks, resource allocation, costs, dependencies and risk analysis & mitigation using Workfront/Smartsheet/MS Excel
  • Work with the Corporate and Health Plan Leaders to gather requirements on program design, process workflows, reporting features and timelines
  • Work with Implementation, IT Operations and IT Security Groups to onboard external Vendors prior to project launch
  • Work with Implementation and Communications Teams to revise, edit and proof campaign materials prior to Program Launch
  • Work with Implementation and Quality IT Teams to standardize Vendor eligibility files, response data, result information, supplemental data and claims
  • Track and report on KPIs for Corporate Quality Programs by working with external Vendors, Internal Data Analytics and Supplemental Data Processing Teams
  • Create and maintain custom reports for Health Plans and Business Leadership on program utilization, costs and effectiveness
  • Submit weekly status reports comprising of overall status on project deliverables, timelines, risks/issues along with remediation plans
  • Perform thorough data analysis on Vendor service area coverage, service/product cost, service level agreements, customer service and invoices & payments using MS Excel or Power BI
  • Perform regular Audits on Vendor Operations including validating Member Communications, Product Shipment proof, Service Completions/Results and Customer Service
  • Partner with Health Plans interested in launching new campaigns, advising them on existing and future Vendor product/service offerings, and outlining Implementation Plans
Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of project management. Health care experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual\'s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
