Job summary

Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) seeks a Program Manager II to oversee a collection of related/integrated projects supporting a long-term research initiative.

The role guides project managers and technical staff to ensure alignment with program objectives and manages moderately complex scope of work. The position is within the Diagnostics and Countermeasures Branch (DCB) of CIDR at WRAIR, Bethesda.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management or project coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more project managers and related technical staff toward program objectives.
• Coordinate program administrative activities: staffing plans, recruiting, travel requests, expense reports, meeting scheduling and summaries.
