Acting as a team multiplier for SAGE executive leadership and engineering pillars, you will lead core operational rhythms including non-payroll OpEx and resource governance, quarterly prioritization, OKRs, organizational change management, and executive communications. You will combine structured program management with modern GenAI tools and automation to streamline complex processes, surface actionable insights for senior leaders, and balance immediate operational needs with SAGE’s long-term strategic goals.
