Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of program and project management experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience in power distribution equipment engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales, installation, or maintenance.
Ability to travel up to 25% annually.
Must be living within 50 miles of one of the listed locations (active-Duty military members exempt).
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience with new product development (NPD) programs and stage-gate processes preferred.
Responsibilities
Ensure effective program management tools and processes are utilized.
Lead the team through uncertainty by establishing program structure.
Accountable for program scope and successful execution.
Create and maintain detailed schedules using Microsoft Project.
Lead teams in program risk assessment and deploy mitigation strategies.
