Job summary

RELI Group Inc. in Virginia is seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead a TSA CUAS task order on-site five days a week from 8 am to 4 pm.

You will serve as the primary interface for the COR and government leads, coordinate contractor work, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to quality standards. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of federal program management experience, an active PMP, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience performing similar job responsibilities in the federal space.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, IT, or project management or related field.
• Experience with government contracting and TSA programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor personnel assigned to the task order.

TSA’s Law Enforcement / Federal Air Marshal Service (LE/FAMS) is developing and institutionalizing a national Counter-Unarmed Aircraft Systems (CUAS) capability to support aviation security. National. This position is responsible for the overall delivery of the task order on behalf of RELI Group, Inc.This position requires candidates to be on-site 5 days per week with core work hours of 8 am -4pm.Primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Government task leads, and other designated Government personnel.Responsible for:Managing contractor personnel assigned to the task order. Coordinating contractor work assignmentsAligning contractor support with Government priorities and managing staff adjustments based on mission need.Ensuring contract deliverables are delivered on time with no quality issues. This includes monitoring staff workload and due dates.Leveraging RELI risk management framework to Identify risks, issues, and resource constraints. Provide risk updates as part of status reports and government Project Management Reviews.Developing and maintaining project management plan, quality management plan, staffing plan and risk management plan to support scope of task order.Implementation of quality management plan across scope of work resulting in error free deliverables.Responsible for organic growth of task order.Ensuring RELI personnel comply with contract requirements, security requirements, training requirements, and applicable Government directionMinimum of 10 years’ experience performing similar job responsibilities; project management experience must be demonstrated in the federal space.Education: Bachelor's degree (in related field: management, IT, project mangement)Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) (must be active)Project Management experience in government contracting environment.
