• Interpret test results and provide recommendations to Calpine Management and Calpine Engineering regarding critical items being monitored.
• Coordinate scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs.
• Negotiate contracts and contractual changes, and coordinate the preparation of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.
• Ensure adherence to master plans and schedules.
• Develop solutions to program problems and ensure programs are consistently delivered and maintained.
• Provide technical guidance to other departments within Calpine.
• Provide technical leadership to both internal and external organizations and entities.
