Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in STEM and 5 years related experience with program management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with budgets, operating budgets, or EACs.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate customer relationships and develop future opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet cost, schedule and technical goals.
• Establish program org, baselines and master plans.
• Manage budgets, schedules and resources; report performance.
• Deliver presentations to customers and management.
• Negotiate contracts, changes, and key terms.
• Identify risks and opportunities; implement mitigations.
• Travel about 10%.
