Responsibilities

• Support Comms, Culture, and Engagement through Site Lead and Campus Alignment efforts, coordinating for evolving program needs and broader delivery.
• Review program data using KPIs to identify improvements and develop action plans for each indicator or risk.
• Consult with leadership to define KPIs and short/long-term goals, initiatives and plans.
• Analyze overall program effectiveness; identify opportunities and make recommendations.
• Identify current and future needs/trends for programs and channels based on feedback.
• Document, coordinate, and implement business solution requirements aligned with goals.
• Lead work by developing and coordinating plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and training.
• Identify and minimize risks or constraints affecting program deliverables.
• Maintain and archive program documentation.
• Prioritize assignments, including project analysis and implementation of modifications and enhancements.
• Develop action plans for internal analyses and partner with teams to close development gaps.
• Manage small programs or portions of larger programs with guidance from senior staff.
• Serve on teams and provide guidance to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Foster relationships with staff and business units; perform other duties as assigned.
