Program Manager I. Lead a team of residential support staff and an Assistant Manager in providing excellent service and a supportive, therapeutic environment while maintaining regulatory compliance. This role in our Community Developmental Services division drives program development, supervises staff, manages resources, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program goals.
