Studio HPDC is seeking a Program Manager to lead the day-to-day planning and delivery of its High-Performance Building for Carpenters course in Eastern Massachusetts. The role combines program management, data analysis, and hands-on education to advance sustainable building practices.
The successful candidate will manage participant data, prepare training sites, analyze feedback, and support grants and marketing efforts to grow the program over time.
The Studio for High-Performance Design and Construction (Studio HPDC) is a nonprofit organization committed to advancing sustainable, energy-efficient, and high-performance building practices through a combination of education, workforce development, and professional community-building for people invested in addressing climate change through our built environment. The Program Manager will be deeply involved in the day-to-day planning and delivery of Studio HPDC's building course, High-Performance Building for Carpenters, which targets mid-career builders and carpenters in Eastern Massachusetts. This is our flagship course, central to our mission, and this role sits at the heart of making it happen.
