Title: Program Manager- Healthy Relationships Program
Reports to: Chief of Staff
Employment Type: Full-time, Mode of Work: In-person (no remote work)
Work Location: Miami-Dade County, FL
Salary Range: $60,000 to $62,000 (non-negotiable)

Qualifications And Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in social work, public health, community planning or related fields + 5 years minimum experience serving youth and families.
  • Significant supervisory experience
  • Experience managing youth development programs, especially federally funded ones
  • Leadership, community outreach, and partnership coordination skills
  • Excellent communication, grant management, budget skills, and proficiency in MS Office
  • Access to a personal vehicle for work-related travel

Position Summary:

The Program Manager oversees the implementation of in-school and community-based sexual risk avoidance education programs, coordinating activities, staff, and community partners.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Ensure curriculum implementation and oversee program sites
  • Manage data collection, reporting, and program effectiveness
  • Supervise staff, volunteers, and contractors
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate team members
  • Develop and maintain community partnerships
  • Track progress against work plans and budgets
  • Coordinate outreach, participant recruitment, and engagement activities
  • Manage data collection, evaluation, and reporting
  • Develop resources, oversee staff development, and ensure program fidelity
  • Maintain participant files and program records
  • Coordinate community events, seminars, and stakeholder communication
  • Other duties as assigned
