Job summary

Louisiana Department of Health is seeking a Program Manager in the Health Plan Management Division to lead the design, implementation, and oversight of quality assurance initiatives for 1115 and integrated care programs. You will collaborate with executive leadership to shape strategy, analyze data, and elevate care standards across populations.

Qualifications

Experience leading health program design and implementation.
Strong knowledge of substance use disorders and behavioral health.
Experience with Medicaid and managed care environments.

Responsibilities

Lead QA and improvement activities for 1115 Demonstration Waivers and integrated care programs.
Develop and monitor KPIs and reports to evaluate program effectiveness.
Analyze data and trends to identify compliance issues and drive improvements.
Develop and implement quality improvement plans and track effectiveness.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for reports and plans.
Develop policies, SOPs, and audit tools to support compliance.
Oversee contractors and lead quality reviews with federal and state requirements.
