Doppel Inc. is seeking a Program Manager, GTM Enablement to design and deliver scalable enablement programs across sales, customer success, partnerships, and marketing. You will identify capability gaps and build learning paths to boost competency, retention, and results.

You will lead end-to-end enablement efforts, drive adoption, and continuously improve programs using data and feedback. A remote-first, high-growth environment offers equity and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Sales or Technical Enablement.
• Experience designing and delivering enablement programs that improve team performance.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
• Experience owning and operating a learning management system (LMS).
• Strong program and project management skills with ability to multi‑task.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable enablement programs that accelerate GTM performance.
• Partner with leaders across sales, customer success, partnerships, and marketing to identify gaps and enablement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into structured learning programs, including curriculum and paths.
• Build and manage programs within the LMS for accessible, engaging content.
• Apply adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences.
• Manage enablement programs end-to-end from needs assessment to launch and improvement.
• Track engagement and effectiveness, using data to improve outcomes.

We are looking for a Program Manager, GTM Enablement to design and deliver impactful enablement programs that strengthen the performance of our go-to-market teams. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across sales, customer success, partnerships, and marketing to identify capability gaps and build scalable learning programs that improve competency, retention, execution, and results across the organization.

What You Will Do

• Design and build scalable enablement programs that accelerate the performance and effectiveness of Doppel's go-to-market teams.
• Partner with leaders and subject matter experts across sales, customer success, partnerships, and marketing to identify skill gaps and enablement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into structured learning programs, including curriculum, learning paths, and enablement resources.
• Build and manage programs within the company's learning management system (LMS), ensuring content is accessible, engaging, and easy to navigate.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning best practices to create effective learning experiences.
• Manage enablement programs end-to-end, from needs assessment and program design through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Track program engagement and effectiveness, using feedback and data to improve learning outcomes over time.
