Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-year government contracts in Miamisburg, OH. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, finance, contracts and sales to deliver products on time and on budget, managing SOWs, IMS schedules and earned value.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in program management, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate technical decisions into business terms. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Program Management, Engineering and/or Sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Ability to translate technical decisions into business terms and documentation.
• Ability to allocate time/resources under shifting priorities; leadership in a matrix environment.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to DOE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of program execution to satisfy customer requirements and profitability.
• Plan, monitor and manage to avoid budget/schedule overruns and issues.
• Anticipate problems and take timely actions to mitigate.
• Negotiate SOWs with customers to meet requirements and budget.
• Create and execute detailed program plans and track Earned Value.
