About the Program Manager:
MarketStar currently has a position available in for a Program Manager who will successfully lead a business to business sales and support team . The Program Manager role will also assume responsibility for overseeing employee effectiveness, productivity, retention and satisfaction through coaching, training, development, and continuous active sales performance management
Location: Leopardstown – Dublin 18
What Will You Do?
Drive your team to meet and exceed sales quotas and client expectations through successful pipeline management processes
Coach and develop sales representatives to succeed in hitting daily, weekly, and monthly input and output targets
Collaborate and align with other sales managers within assigned program, sharing best practices and solving problems collectively
Ensure consistent and effective communication by holding regular team meetings/huddles sharing performance expectations and company culture / values
Assess current team processes, procedures, and outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement, and build / execute plans to implement
Strategize with client stakeholders to ensure goals are being met
Utilize data and reporting tools to identify best practices, rep behaviour trends, gaps in revenue targets , and make recommendations to senior leadership to improve team and program performance through weekly reporting and formal business reviews
Conduct Monthly Business Reviews with Client stakeholders.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
Results- oriented with a history of driving performance to exceed goals
Prior experience leading a team of 5+ in a remote sales environment preferred
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Experience building strong relationships, managing conflict, and leading by example
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, G Suite / Microsoft preferred
Track record of coaching and developing low performers to reach target attainment
Demonstrated ability to understand data / reporting trends, showcase / duplicate success and identify / correct opportunities
Adaptable and able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment

The pay for this position is base salary per annum of €75,000 with an additional variable bonus component of €10,000. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
