Clinigen is seeking a Global Program Manager to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery across complex, fast‑moving environments. You will unite remote teams, align regions, and drive measurable business impact in a hybrid role with 3 days in the office near Malvern, PA.

The role requires strong collaboration, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with focus on client outcomes, budgets, and regulatory compliance in clinical supplies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in clinical trial supply, packaging, labeling, or distribution in project/program management roles.
• Experience managing multi-study or multi-site client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for global client programs, ensuring alignment across all participating sites.
• Develop, manage, and maintain integrated program timelines covering multiple studies and geographies.
• Provide packaging, labeling, and distribution solutions tailored to client needs and study requirements.
• Lead global client meetings, including program kick-offs, reviews, and governance sessions.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding timelines, risks, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Support Business Development in proposal development, RFIs, and program-specific client initiatives.
• Monitor program budgets, forecasts, and billing to ensure financial accuracy.
• Ensure program profitability by identifying scope changes and working with BD on change orders.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams across multiple facilities.
• Work with site Project Managers to harmonize processes, share best practices, and align client delivery.

This will be a hybrid role with 3 days in the office. The successful candidate must be within a commutable distance to Malvern, PA, USA.

To be successful in this role you should have:

• Strong financial acumen: budget management, forecasting, and change control.
• Excellent client-facing skills with experience in executive-level communication.
• Knowledge of cGMP/GDP standards and regulatory requirements in clinical supplies.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification desirable.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing situations
